2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Drowsy LLC and any associated agencies are not eligible. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to enter in their state.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Start date: 9 June 2025. Entry deadline: Entries close at 11:59 PM (ET) on 30 June 2025 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Raffle, participants must complete both of the following steps: (1) Join the Drowsy VIP early access list before the Hotel Paradiso collection launch on 9 June 2025; AND (2) Place at least one paid order from the Hotel Paradiso collection between 9 June 2025 and 30 June 2025 inclusive. Each eligible participant receives one (1) entry regardless of the number of orders placed. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. 5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one overnight stay ("Prize") at a hotel selected solely by Drowsy LLC, located near the winner's primary place of residence in the United States. Approximate retail value (ARV): $150–$500 USD. Hotel selection is at the sole and absolute discretion of Drowsy LLC. The Prize is valid for 6 months from the date of winner notification. Certain dates may be unavailable at the hotel's discretion. The Prize covers one room for one night only and does not include travel, meals, drinks, taxes, gratuities, or incidentals. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries after the Closing Date. The draw will take place on or around 1 July 2025. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days; failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner. The winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the Prize (where permitted by law). The winner's first name and state may be announced publicly where required by law.

Personal data collected will be used solely to administer the Raffle and fulfil the Prize. Data will not be sold to third parties. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drowsy LLC accepts no liability for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received, or for technical failures affecting entry or notification. Drowsy LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage related to participation in this Raffle or use of the Prize. Total liability shall not exceed the ARV of the Prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Drowsy LLC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Raffle due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including fraud or technical failures. Drowsy LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these T&Cs or tampers with the entry process. This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the decisions of Drowsy LLC, which are final and binding.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
